Katherine Reinhardt had her first supper at the Lord's Table, March 20, 2009. She had been anticipating this blessed event for years and we can only imagine her joy, dining with Him for the very first time.

Katherine was born in Alberta on September 13, 1914 to George and Marie Kromm. When she was 21, she married the dashing August Reinhardt and together they had five children, nine grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.

Throughout the years, Katie became so much more than a wife and mother. She became a devoted servant of the Lord, attending St. Peter Lutheran Church most of her adult life.

Katie loved to quilt, garden, and cook. None of us will ever forget her "fancy pancakes."

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 27th at Riplinger Funeral Home, 4305 N. Division, Spokane, Wash. Please join us in celebrating Katie's life with a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 28th at Fairmount Memorial Park Cemetery followed by a memorial service at St. Peter Lutheran Church 4620 N. Regal, at 1:00 p.m.

Memorial gifts may be made in Katie's name to the International Assistance Program, 624 W. Hastings Rd., Suite #10, Spokane, WA 99218.
