Pauline Hahn Kehler of Furlong passed away Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016, with her loving family by her side at Doylestown Hospital.

Pauline was the beloved wife of 51 years to Waldemar E. "Wally" Kehler.

Born in Philadelphia she was a daughter of the late Carl and Pauline Kaupp Hahn.

Pauline graduated from Central Bucks West High School and went on to attend the Franklin School of Arts and Sciences in Philadelphia. She led a long and varied career first working in the medical field and then helping to run her family's business, the former Little Whitehouse Restaurant in Jamison. She also worked as a waitress professionally in higher end dining and most recently was working for the Village Toy Shoppe toy shop at Peddler's Village.

Perhaps one of Pauline's greatest passions was in caring for her home. She was a talented decorator and possessed an incredible level of attention to detail. She worked tirelessly to create a beautiful home for herself and her family and that work paid off this last year when her residence was featured as part of the Bucks Beautiful Kitchen and Garden Tour. This was an accomplishment for which she was most proud.

Most importantly, Pauline will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and sister and she will be dearly missed.

In addition to her husband, Pauline is survived by her son, Derek C. Kehler; and her sister, Edith Chesney (the late Duane).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Carl Hahn and her sister and brother-in-law, Freda and Jack Costigan.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Thursday, Oct. 27, from 9:30 a.m. until her 10:30 a.m. memorial service, at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd., Richboro, PA 18954. Her interment will follow in Doylestown Cemetery.
