Jacqueline J. Grady of Rolling Meadows A funeral Mass for Jacqueline J. Grady, 77, will be celebrated at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Colette Church. Born Jan. 14, 1926, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Henry and Irene Thuenen, she died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, at Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Davenport.
Jacqueline taught school at St. Colette's for over 23 years. She was active in many programs at St. Colette, including the Funeral Lunch Program Care Ministry, the Womens Club and many other activities. She was the wife of John for 55 years; mother of Therese Anne (Leslie) Foster, Dr. Timothy P. (Janyth) Grady, Joan M. Slep, and the late Timothy and Joe Marie; grandmother of John Timothy (Denise) Walker-Foster, Justin Michael Foster, Kaitlin Elizabeth Grady, Eric Steven Slep, Ryan Patrick Slep, John Thomas Grady and Timothy Matthew Grady; sister of the late Henry C. Thuenen; and stepdaughter of the late Timothy Lawlor.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Colette School.
