He was the son of the late Bernard and Margaret Thomas Oeinck.
His death followed that of his wife by less than six weeks.
In 1888, he was married in St. John's Church to Pauline Ryan who died March 2, 1952.
Mr. Oeinck leaves two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Freson and Mrs. Anna Mundinger and a brother, Charles, all of Utica; six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
