MARTIN L. NEFF, teacher and farmer, P. O. Ragersville, was born May 16, 1849, and is a son of Jonas Neff. He was reared in Auburn Township, and obtained his education in the schools of Ragersville. On September 26, 1872, he married Elizabeth Youngen, of this township. They have five children, viz, Jacob Herbert, Anna Lydia, Jonas Abraham, Clara Caroline and Irving LeRoy. Mr. Neff has the reputation of being an excellent teacher.
