Born August 25, 1948, Sandy passed away December 13, 2016 under the loving care of Hospice of Medina, with previous care provided by the wonderful people at the Medina Seidman Cancer Center, the Medina/Cleveland Clinic Hospital, Family Medicine Assoc. of Medina, and the ever helpful and kind people at CVS Pharmacy, Medina. Sandy was a loving, gentle soul offering a quick smile and a great sense of humor. She worked at Miss Molly’s Tea Room for the past 15 years and was provided great support and encouragement by the wonderful people there, especially her dear friends, Paula and Brenda. Sandy will be greatly missed by her sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn and Robert Dunlap, nieces and nephews: Jessica, Fernando, Salina & Gabriella Fernandez; Benjamin, Martina, Quinn and Millie Dunlap; Matthew, Emilea and David Dunlap and Shannon Fierro, along with Laurie Martz, Wendy Linderman, Cheryle Rozhon, James Dunlap and their families. Treasured extended family included Irene & Pete Cordiak and family, and Jeanie and Henry Hill. Sandy was a proud graduate of Ernest E. Root High School in North Royalton under the direction of her beloved teacher Charles Osterland. Sandy was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Pawlowski, her parents, Edwin and Eileen Carrithers of North Royalton, and her sister and brother-in-law, Martha and James Dunlap of Brunswick. If you were ever fortunate enough to meet Sandy and extended yourself to her with kindness, patience and understanding, “Thank you”.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 A.M. on Saturday, December 17, 2016, at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted. The family will receive friends from 4-8 P.M. on Friday, December 16, at the funeral home.
