Teresa Ann Henning, 57, Wichita, died Thursday, May 4, 2006.
She was born May 19, 1948, in Hoxie to Henry and Margaret (Meier) Geerdes.
She was a graduate of Hoxie High School and St. Francis School of Nursing.
She was married to David Henning.
Survivors include her husband, David, of the home; a daughter, Michelle Cottingham and husband, Michael, Wichita; a brother, Bob Geerdes and wife, Carol, Hoxie; a sister, Helen Heim and husband, Gerald, Hoxie; a sister-in-law, Rosie Stover and husband, Phillip, Colby; and three grandchildren, Justin Crabtree, Amber Cottingham and Lindsey Cottingham, all of Wichita.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Freddie Geerdes and William Geerdes.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 861 N. Socora, Wichita, KS 67212. Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the church. There will be no visitation.
Memorials are suggested to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202, and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church Parish Nurse Ministry. Downing & Lahey Mortuary West, 10515 W. Maple, Wichita, is in charge of the arrangements.
