Carma A. Hoffmann, 94, of Eldridge, died Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Manor Care, Utica Ridge in Davenport.
Her funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Faith Lutheran Church in Eldridge. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the services on Wednesday at the church.
Burial will follow in Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church or to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Chambers Funeral Home of Eldridge is assisting the family with arrangements.
