Weegen, Ernst Heinz "Ernie"
Born March 29 1938 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Passed away Jan 11th 2016 at the age of 77. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 yrs. Pat , his son Rick of Albuquerque N.M., his Uncle Karl Heinz Weegen Of Dusseldorf Germany, Niece Ulrike Pareigis of Dusseldorf Germany and cousin Hennie Gewelke of Sun City West Az. Ernie came to the U.S. at the age of 18. He worked for Hasselblad Corp in New York and Los Angeles before joining the U.S.Army. After his discharge from the military he settled in Phx . Az. He was the owner and operator of Phoenix Camera Repair Inc. for 38 years until retiring in 2004. Among the many things he enjoyed the most were Photography, boating and all things to do with computers. He touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him. Private family services will be held per his request. In remembrance of Ernie a donation in his name to Hospice of the Valley at 1510 E. Flower St Phx. Az 85014 is be appreciated.
