LIVERMORE. Aug. 23.-Andrew M. Hupers, one of the most prominent young men of Livermore, died yesterday morning. He was born here 27 years ago. Hupers was a member of the N.S.G.W. Foresters. Livermore fire department and Company I. Fifth Regiment. N.C.C. The funeral will take place tomorrow from St. Michael's Catholic Church, under the auspices of the National Guard.
