Hubert Alexander Dies At Chicago

Hubert Alexander, 52, died suddenly of a heart attack at 3 a m Friday in his home at Chicago. His wife was the former Ruby Westendorf of the Island Grove Community. Ben Alexander was employed at the Express Co. in Chicago.

Surviving besides his wife are two sons Hubert Jr., who is with the coast guard in Duluth Minn., Jimmy, age 7, at home, and a daughter, Mrs. Jim (Dorothy) Egan of Chicago. Two grandchildren also survive.

Aunts and uncles surviving from this area are Mr. and Mrs. Barney Pruemer of Teutopolis, Mrs. Anna Dust and Mr. and Mrs. John Repking of Bishop.

Funeral services were held Monday at the Cooney funeral home with burial in St Joseph's cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Allie Thoele of Teutopolis, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Westendorf and Adolph Westendorf of Effingham were among those attending the funeral,
