Marion R. Bruehl, Age 87, of Appleton, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at Brewster Village. She was born March 28, 1921, daughter of the late Louis and Myrtle (Ardell) Schwall. She married George Bruehl on July 11, 1945 in Temple, TX. Marion loved golfing, flowers, painting, and spending time with her friends and grandchildren.

Marion is survived by her husband, George; sons: Karl (Katie) Bruehl, New London, and Michael Bruehl, Appleton; daughter, Cheryl (Richard) Stauder, Warren, MI; grandchildren: George (Sara) Bruehl, Robert Bruehl, Jason (Heather) Stauder, Sarah (Mark) Hallstrom, Michael and Karl Bruehl; great grandchildren: Nicholas, Lauren, Caroline and Grant Bruehl; sisters: Phyllis (Werner) Trunk, Appleton and Virginia Guilfoyle, Orlando, FL. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Marion was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Jennifer Bruehl; and daughter-in-law, Pamela Bruehl.

A Memorial Service for Marion will be held at 11:30 am, Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at Valley Funeral Home with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park. Visitation for Marion will be from 9:30 am until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. A memorial fund is being established.
