He was born in Sterling, the son of the late Floyd and Rose (Walrath) Flack.
Mr. Flack retired in June 1990 from Nestles Co., Fulton, after many years of service.
He served in the United States Army from 1945 until 1947 during World War II.
Mr. Flack is survived by his wife, Doris (Knopp) Flack of Orwell; daughters, Lorraine Lamb of Texas, Pamela (Gary) Sheffield of Orwell and Mary Quade of North Syracuse; his sister, Margaret (John) Grela of Oswego; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Mr. Flack was predeceased by his daughter, JoAnne Murdoch; granddaughter, Shelley McQuaid; and his sister, Mary Spaulding.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Minetto.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
