WOLNY, Kimberly - With her family by her side, Kimberly Dawn Wolny (Atkinson), passed away peacefully at her home on March 27, 2010. Loving wife and best friend of Mike Wolny. Much loved daughter of John Atkinson and Dianne Timms. Admired daugher-in-law of Sharon and Dan Wolny. Awesome and compassionate sister of Shelley Verougstraete (Ken), Brenda Sloan (Craig) and Penny Healey (Jeff). Thoughtful and respected sister-in-law of Terrie Wolny. Cool and fun-loving aunt of Hayden, Kaylee, Brady, Mike, Katlyn, Kandace Sydney, Devin, Branden, Colby and Aiden. Kim will be sadly missed by her aunts, uncles and cousins. Her puppies, Cassie and Chloe, will miss their play time with Kim. Kim was an inspirational and amazing woman who touched everyone who came into her life. She was Director of Perinatal/Gynaecology at LHSC and held executive and director positions with the Ontario Physiotherapy Association. She brought so much pride to her mom, dad, Mike and her entire family. A celebration of life will be held for Kim at FOREST LAWN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1997 Dundas St. E., (at Wavell) London on Thursday April 1, 2010 at 11:00a.m. There will be a reception and light lunch immediately following the service. At Kim's request, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dorchester Recreation Facilities Expansion Fund or the Kim Wolny Endowment Fund at LHSC.
