Hazel was born December 08, 1920 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Leno and Edith (Wrezinski) Garlock. She married Harold H. Golz on July 20, 1939 in Milwaukee. Hazel worked Badger Ordinance, Ross Glove Factory in Oxford, and the Dell's Clinic. She and Harold also owned Club 23 for many years.
Hazel enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, and bowling.
Hazel was a member of Oxford VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Davis Corners United Methodist Church.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents: Leno and Edith Garlock; husband, Harold; son, James; brothers: Roland and Kenneth; sister, Clara.

Funeral services will be 12 Noon on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at the Davis Corners United Methodist Church. Pastor Lee Bushweiler will officiate. Interment will be at the Davis Corners Cemetery, Town of Jackson, Adams County, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. until 12 Noon on Tuesday at Davis Corners United Methodist Church.
