He was born Sept. 18, 1950, in Marysville, the son of Everett S. and Delsie E. Black Oehm.
Survivors include two sons, James Oehm, Junction City, and David Oehm, Hill City; two daughters, Michelle Wollenberg, Lincoln, Neb., and Missy Oehm, Hays; five brothers, Edwin Oehm, Lincoln, Neb., Larry Oehm, Clovis, N.M., Bill Oehm and Charlie Oehm, both of Marysville, and Paul Oehm, Castle Rock, Colo.; a sister, Marjorie Richmond, Topeka; and two grandchildren.
Mr. Oehm was cremated. Memorial services will be in Marysville at a later date.
