CAROLE SUE EICHNER 65, of Ukiah passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at Ukiah Valley Medical Center with her family present. Carole was born January 27, 1942 in Oakland, CA, she had lived in Ukiah for 27 years. Carole was a Homemaker, Mother and also a Box Maker, Shop Keeper, Store Manager, Cater and a Construction Clerical Secretary. She was proud to be the mother of a family of 6 oriented and contributing children. Mom was a amazing and passionate person. She loved her kids and grandchildren no matter what we were doing. Her love was truly unconditional. She was the preverbal optimist and always looked at the silver lining and not the dark cloud. She NEVER lost faith that things would work out for the best. She was the rock that held the family together no matter how far apart we lived or became. She will be missed deeply and her lover for and family will live on in each person she has touched. She will be cherished forever. Carole is survived by her daughters, Andrea Eichner, Sherry L. Crane of Ukiah, Veronica and her husband, Dan Daugherty of Bishop, CA, Stella and her husband, Randy Jeffreys of South Riding, VA; sons, Harvey Eichner Jr. and his wife, Michelle of Sardinia, OH, Scott Eichner of Ukiah, CA; sister, Donna and her husband, Robert Guevara of Ukiah, CA; grandchildren, Devlin and Austin Crane, Ana and Ryan Daugherty, Lindsey and Jason Jeffrey, Evan, Miranda and Tipton Eichner, Kayla, Travis and Jennifer Eichner Carole was preceded in death by her parents, Andrea Atkinson McEachren and Harry Scott. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at the Eversole Mortuary at 11:00 a.m., visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. through the service. Interment will be held on Monday, February, 12, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, CA. Arrangements are under the direction of the Eversole Mortuary, 707-462-2206.
