Anna Joyce Adam, 56, died Sunday at her home. She was the former Anna Madlon and an administrative assistant at Planned Parenthood.
Survivors: her husband, Frank Adam; a daughter, Mary Heather Adam; her parents, Richard A. and Allene Madlon; a brother, Danny Madlon; and a sister, Donna Willis.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday, St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church, Bardstown Road and Lancashire Avenue. Burial: Calvary. Visitation: Ratterman's-Bardstown Road, 3800 Bardstown Road, 5-9 p.m. Monday and 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial gifts: Hospice of Louisville.
