Faron lived in the McAlester all his life. He graduated from McAlester High School in 1972 and attended Kiamichi Vocational Technical School where he studied Architectural Engineering. He was self employed as a carpenter. Survivors include his parents; two sisters and brother in law, Vanessa Kirk of Tulsa and Denise and Gaylon Brannon of McAlester; paternal grandparents, Luke and Daisy Kirk of McAlester; two nephews, Clint and Brody. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, D. D. "Bub" and Delours Crandell.
