MRS. DAGMAR NIELSEN, 80, a former resident of Coral Gables, passed away Fri. in St. Petersburg. She was the widow of the late Edgar P. Fripp, Real Estate Broker, Trustee of the University of Miami, and former owner of Happy Farms Dairy. She was a founding member of the Pan-Hellenic Society of the University of Miami, and is survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Bernard T. Bell, and Mrs. Dagmar Harley, both of St. Petersburg; a sister, Mrs. Victoria Counselman of Fort Pierce; 2 brothers, Alf R. Nielsen of West Palm Beach, and Clarence J. Nielsen of Clewiston; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Garth Fripp of Miami, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Services will be Sat. 10 a.m. in PHILBRICK CORAL GABLES CHAPEL, with interment in Flagler Memorial Park Cemetery.
