Annette Janocha (nee Sottosanti), 55, of Sicklerville, passed peacefully, on July 18, 2017, with her loving family by her side.

Beloved wife of Joseph Janocha. Loving daughter of Salvatore and the late Mary Sottosanti. Devoted mother of Julianne (Darren) Gaunt, Alicia Janocha and Matthew Janocha. Dear sister of Joseph (Denise) Sottosanti and Paul (Elaine) Sottosanti. Loving grandmother of Harper Grace. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Friend to many.

This poem was written by Patty Gioffre.
As you stand before the angels
All of them in brilliant white
God cast you in a robe of green
He said this is your right.

For when upon the earth you stood
Rest was few and far between
Because you never ceased to serve
You lived the Girl Scout Green

You managed to make a banquet
From a budget way too thin
And taught each scout within your care
When serving, we ALL win

Try-its, badges, IPP's
you ran them all with grace
You sold cookies in the frigid cold
with a smile on your face

You shared your knowledge always
With leader, scout and friend.
Your creativity, warmth and patience
Forever showed with no end.

& when the ultimate time arrived
Where "your girls" went off to college
I saw the sad and pride -filled tears
As they left with confidence and knowledge.

But that wasn't quite the end for you.
Despite health issues galore
You served the Silver and Gold Awards
Always looking to do more.

Your life touched many others
Like a rock tossed on a lake
From each ripple you created
Will other loving leaders make

Prepare to dust off your scouting skills
Of songs, crafts, games galore
These cherubs need a leader
Something we know you'll just adore

When you first agreed to lead
two very active troops of girls
Who knew like seeds upon the wind
You'd sow these precious pearls

So before our conversation ends
Of this I can't forget
To make this introduction to
Your guardian angel, Juliette

Earth lost a dedicated volunteer
You're dearly missed of this I've seen
But Heaven gained a precious angel
fully robed in Girl Scout green
