Services for Hubert G. Hamacher, 80, retired picture frame gilder, will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the G. H. Herrmann Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Born in Germany, Mr. Hamacher had lived here 53 years. When he retired in 1936, he had been employed by H. Lieber Co. 37 years. He was a member of Ben Hur Lodge.

Hubert G. Hamacher, 163 Naomi Street, 80-year-old retired picture frame gilder, died yesterday morning in General Hospital after an illness of several years.
An employee of H. Lieber Company 37 years, he retired in 1936.
Born in Germany and an Indianapolis resident 53 years, Mr. Hamacher was a member of Ben Hur Lodge.
