Phillip is the son of Ernest and Katherina kate A Kissner. He married Lillian Lillie M Burkrey abt 1923 and together they had 2 children: Phillip W. 1924-1991(Mem:#670204) and Jo Ann Kissner. Phillip worked for the railroad in the early years of marriage, and later was a hair stylist who owned his own salon. After a divorce in 1943, Phillip married Eunice E Anderson 2 Sept 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri.
