Mrs. Anna D. Bock, 901 North Fountain, died Tuesday night in a hospital here. She was 86 years old. She had been ill for the past six months.
Mrs. Bock was born Feb. 1, 1880, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick G. Bertling.
She was married to Wm. G Bock in 1900 in Cape County. He died in 1946.
Mrs. Bock lived all her life In and around Cape Girardeau. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and the Ladies Junior Aid Society of the church.
Mrs Bock is survived by four sons, Theodore Bock, Wilmington., III.: Edgar P. and Norman E. Bock, Cape Girardeau, and Wm. G. Bock, St. Louis, a daughter, Mrs. Arthur Nusbach, Leavenworth, Kan., two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Kelpe and Miss Clara Bertling, Cape Girardeau: a brother, Walter Bertling, Cape Girardeau; 16 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Brinkopf-Howell Funeral Home after 7 tonight.
Funeral services will be at 2 Friday afternoon at Trinity Lutheran Church, with assistant Pastor, the Rev. Jerry D Ehrlich, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
