Mrs. Ella C. Larsen, wife of Axel Larsen, died early this morning at her home at ..? South Pine street after an illness of seven months. Death was attributed to an internal ailment. Born Ella Carolyn Seier at Duff, Neb. on April 7, 1897, she was the daughter of August and Anna Wiese Seier. She came to Grand Island when she was seven years old following the death of her mother and two sisters. She was married Dec. 23, 1922, at Grand Island to Axel Larsen, who farmed five miles east of the city until about two years ago when they moved into town. Mrs. Larsen was baptized in the Lutheran church.

Surviving besides her husband, two brothers, Peter Seier, ....? and Gus Seier, Grand Island, one sister, Mrs. H... ..., Grand Island, nephews Robert Nelsen? B... P...., William Nelsen and Donald Larsen, both of Grand Island. The Rev. John R..., pastor of St. Paul's English Lutheran church will conduct the funeral service at ...p.m. Sunday at the Livingston-Sondermann funeral home. Interment will be at Grand Island cemetery.
