Carole Grote, 82, of Huntsville, passed away on Wednesday. Born in Birmingham, she spent most of her life as part of the Elon and Roberta Balch family of Harvest.

Mrs. Grote was employed as a Registered Nurse at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga and Centilena Hospital in Los Angeles, before returning to Huntsville where she worked and retired from Huntsville Hospital.
