She grew up in the Zachow area. She married Fred Hanstedt in the Town of Angelica on Nov. 1, 1922. The couple farmed in the Town of Angelica for 23 years. After retiring they lived in Pulaski until 1975. He preceded her in death on Jan. 2, 1975. She has been living in Green Bay since her husband's death. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Zachow and a member of the church ladies aide.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Annabelle (Mrs. Harold) Horn of Crandon; Maribelle (Mrs. Lester) Boerst, Green Bay; Ione (Mrs. Orville) Much of Goodyear, Arizona; one daughter-in-law Lorraine Hanstedt, Rt 1, Pulaski; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Cennie (Lucille) Bohm of Bonduel and Henry (Marian) Bohm of Krakow; two sisters-in-law, Mabel Bohm of Zachow and Myrna Bohm of Krakow.
She was preceded in death by one son Alvin (Jim) Hanstedt; two brothers, Adolph and Chester Bohm; one sister, Helen Klevesahl; a grandson, Larry Much; and a granddaughter, Diane Hanstedt.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 6 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Zachow with the Rev. Philip Geiger officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery in the Town of Angelica.
Friends my call at the Wendt Funeral Home in Bonduel from 4 to 8 on Monday and at the church on Tuesday from 9 am until the time of service.
