Antonio Moreno Rodriguez, 79, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017, in Needville. He was born August 16, 1938 in Rosenberg to Manuel and Santos Rodriguez. Antonio was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Rosenberg. He retired from the Texas Department of Transportation.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Carlota Rodriguez; 11 children, Linda Ybanez and husband, Michael, Michelle Selesky and husband, David, Rachel Estrada and husband, Jesus, Ashley Laureles and husband, Michael, Patricia Rodriguez, Destiny Pineda and husband, Justin, Samantha Rodriguez, Edward Rodriguez, Annah Rodriguez, Natalie Rodriguez, and Joel Reyes and wife, Shiela; 2 sisters, Concha Mendoza, Carmen Rodriguez; 2 brothers, Manuel Rodriguez, Frank Rodriguez and wife, Maria; 13 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren; along with a host of other loving family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Creekside Fellowship Church in Needville, with Pastor Greg Garcia officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Visitation will be Monday evening, September 25, 2017, from 4-8 P.M. in the Chapel at Davis Greenlawn funeral Home in Rosenberg.
