Agata was born in 1879 in Poland to her father Michael Swist. She married Ignacy Kozik about 1900. She emigrated to America in 1911. Together, she and Ignacy had five children: Henry, Sophie, Theodore, Adam and Mary Kozik. After Ignacy passed away, she next married Stanley Wardzala Sept. 14, 1914 in Chicago. Together they had three children: William, Edward and Helen Wardzala. After Stanley's death in 1921, her final marraige was to Adam Cygan Jan. 21, 1922 in Chicago. She later passed away in 1949 in Chicago.
