Ashley Rennee Campbell was born November 24, 1992 in Kirkwood, Missouri; daughter of Curtis Campbell and wife, Carla Beattie Campbell. She passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017 in Washington, Missouri at the age of 24 years.
Ashley attended Labadie Elementary School, Washington Middle School, and graduated from Washington High School in 2011. While in high school she was an honor student and enjoyed playing in the Band and being in the Color Guard. Ashley graduated from East Central College in 2013 and was currently enrolled at Missouri Baptist College in their Theology Program. She had worked at McDonald’s Restaurant in Washington and Eureka and was currently working at Little Caesar’s Pizza in Washington.
Ashley had a love for life and enjoyed traveling with her family. She also enjoyed being around her family especially her nephew, Hunter. Ashley was a Prayer Warrior and enjoyed being close to God. She worked with the Community Harvest Table and Fighting Hunger, Fueling Minds program.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Gilbert & Barbara Campbell.
Ashley is survived by her parents, Curt & Carla Campbell of Labadie; three siblings, Justin Cano and wife, Marian of New York, Jason Cano of Labadie, and Krystle Campbell and husband, Shawn McGruder of Harrisburg, MO; one nephew, Hunter McGruder; soul mate, Daniel Krampe of Washington; and maternal grandparents, Iva & Carl Beattie of Sparta, IL; other relatives, and friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at First Washington United Methodist Church, 4349 St. John’s Road, in Washington with Rev. Marsha Eichler officiating. There will be a meal following the service.Memorials preferred to Fighting Hunger, Fueling Minds or Harvest Table. The family was served by the Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington.
