Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Neva Noah, her sisters Lavina Jane Ferrier and Barbara Warren.
Survived by her husband, Maurice A. Ruder; son, Terry Ruder and his wife Cindi Ruder; and two daughters Jolene Ruder and Susan Lee, all of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, Angie Stie and her husband Cliff Stanich of Houston, Texas, Sarah Eskew and her husband Joseph Eskew of Lewisville, Texas, Joseph Ruder of Detroit, Michigan, and Jasper Staab of Austin, Texas; four great-grandchildren, Alissa and Adrienne Ruder of Detroit, Michigan, and Abigail and Madelyn Eskew of Lewisville, Texas; one brother, Kent Noah and his wife Jeannine Noah of Wichita, Kansas; two sisters, Jean DeYoung and her husband Milford DeYoung and Deanna Melendez, all of Palco, Kansas; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Frankie was an outpouring of God's love. Her marriage of 57 years to her husband, Maurice, was a joy to behold to all who witnessed their love for one another. She was an incredible mother. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the apple of her eye. Her home was open to all; she knew no stranger. Her hallmark was her beautiful smile. She loved to cook and gather family and friends around her table. She played golf and card games. Her faith was her life; as a member of Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church she sang in the Church choir, played handbells, worked with RCIA and Religious Education. She worked with Birth Choice of Oklahoma, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Hospice, St. Ann's Nursing Home, American Cancer volunteer, and OKC Woodcarvers Club.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, March 17, 2007, at Church of the Epiphany of the Lord, 7336 W Britton Road, Oklahoma City, with the burial following at Resurrection Cemetery.
