Thomas Charles Foell, 58, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. Tommy was born on July 31, 1959 to John and Martha Foell in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Ponca City High School in 1978. He loved going on walks, shopping and going out to eat. He will be greatly missed by his siblings and family.
Tommy is survived by his siblings: Steve Foell and wife Hien, Theresa Hoffhines and husband, Dean, Nancy McSmith and husband, James, Mary Ballard and husband, Derrin; nieces and nephews: Julie, Nathan, Nguyen, Zach, Josh, Anna, Amy, and Tony; great-nieces and great-nephews: Preston, Jamy, Colson, Nikolai, and David; and also by his Aunt Billie, Uncle Ed and Aunt Ruth, Aunt Anne and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and by his nephew, John Daniel Ballard.
Tommy will be available for viewing at Baggerley Funeral Home in Edmond on Sunday, December 3rd from 12 noon until 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond, OK on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10:00 AM followed by 2 PM burial at St. Mary's Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
