Carol Sue Fowler, age 68, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012 after an illness. She was born April 21, 1944 to the late Samuel Ray Johnson and Cora Alice Irvin Metcalf. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by a great-grandson, Lex Ivan Votaw.
She is survived by her husband; Junie Fowler, two sons and their spouses; Joseph M. and Wendy Fowler, and William L. and Karen Fowler all of Lebanon,two daughters; Sheila Wiser of Lebanon and Jaimie Sue Shepperson of Springfield, one brother; Philip Ray Johnson of Lebanon, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of ther relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the St. Xavier Cemetery. Pastor Troy Shelton officiating. Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
