Services will be Thursday, January 4, 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Nick McSpadden and Bro. David Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery, Red Bay, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband – Leabert Darracott, Red Bay, AL.; six children – Denise Scott (Robert) Arab, AL, Joey Darracott (Glenda) Red Bay, AL., Louis Darracott (Teresa) Dorsey, MS., Ray Darracott (Missy) Russellville, AL., Kathy Swindle (Donnie) Florence, AL and Billy Darracott (Jessica) Red Bay, AL; twenty grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren and three sisters – Lee Reed, Belvie Ferdon and Ruthie Swindle.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Trina Adkison and Teresa Johnson.
Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 3, 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
