She had worked at several of the shoe factories in Middleboro, and later owner and manager of the Royal Cafe Inc., Middleboro, for 21 years. She enjoyed bowling and bingo.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald Caramanica and his wife Donna of Lakeville, Douglas Jr. and his wife Dawn Bower of Freetown; a daughter, Tracy and her husband Kenneth Greene of Lakeville; a brother, Milo and his wife Eliza Stuart of Middleboro; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late William Stuart.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, June 5th from 4-7 pm in the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak St., Middleboro. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 6th, at 10 am in the funeral home.
