Survivors include a son, Dr. Arthur A. Sigur Jr.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A Mass will be said today at 11 a.m. at St. Louis King of France Catholic Church, 1609 Carrollton Ave., Metairie. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Metairie Cemetery.
