—Mrs. Phillip Kneisel died Monday morning, July 3, after an illness of a few weeks. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Brockhoff. She had been married just a few weeks. Funeral services were held at the English Lutheran church Wednesday morning. Burial in Old Fairview cemetery. Mrs. Dora Brockhoff-Kneisel was 28 years, 3 months, 11 days old. She is survived by her husband, father, mother, sister, besides a host of friends.

"Dora was born 21 Mar 1894 in Brown County, Kansas. She was the daughter of Edwin Julius Brockhoff and Caroline "Lena" Justine Louisa Heidenreich. Dora was married to Phillip Kneisel in 1921. She died on 2 Jul 1922 in Walnut Twp., Brown, Kansas. The cause of death was toxemia of pregnancy of two months duration."
