Surviving is her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Susan Mielke of Frankentrost; four grandchildren; Caroline Mielke, Elizabeth Mielke, Trevor Mielke and Julia Mielke, and her four sisters; Katherine Rohn of Millington; Joan Laux and her husband Eugene of Frankenmuth; Donna Zeilinger of Reese and Nora Matonek and her husband Robert of Reese and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband Heinz, Judy was predeceased by two brothers-in-law; Raymond Rohn and James Zeilinger.
Funeral Services will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 22, 2018 from the Christ Lutheran Church in Reese. Rev. Dr. Ed Kloos will officiate with burial to take place next to her parents in the St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Reese. Judy’s family will receive friends at the Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Home, 9940 Saginaw St in Reese on Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of the services. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Christ Lutheran Church in Reese.
