She is survived by her mother Christine K. Herrera, sister Marta Gutierrez, brothers, Anthony and Jordan Rabino, Mateo (Matt) Herrera, Christopher and Michael Muniz, two grandmothers, Lupe Gutierrez and Loling Rubino, grandfather Canderlio Gutierrez, and great grandmother Eloisa Fabay. Melissa was preceded in death by her father Alfred Gutierrez. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday, February 6, 2004 at Universal Memorial Center, 1100 E. Jefferson St., Phx., AZ with Rosary at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM, Saturday, February 7, 2004 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 E. Washington St., Phx., AZ. Interment at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 5005 E. Oak St., Phx., AZ. Final arrangements were handled by Universal Memorial Center 602-252-6011".
