Dr. H. Paul Jacobi, 71, of Palm Harbor, Florida, died Sunday, (October 31, 1999) as a passenger of Egypt Air 990. He was born in Dyersville, Iowa and was married to his wife Patricia for 47 years. He practiced dentistry in Neenah, WI for 37 years before he retired to Palm Harbor in 1989. He was a graduate of Marquette Dental School. He was a member of Elks Club, Rotary, CAMDA, Delta Sigma Delta, and American Dental Association. He was an ombudsman for Florida nursing homes. Paul and his wife had four children and five grandchildren.
