Carolyn was retired from Childrens Radiology Department in 2002. She worked tirelessly in support of her family, friends and church, caring for the needs of others. She loved her flower garden and had a natural ability to arrange flowers to share with everyone. Carolyn was full of life and was a spitfire. She was a very active member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for 50 years and was President of the Golden Agers. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Frank and Genevieve; her son Robert Quirk, her husband William Quirk, brothers Jerry, Richard, Bernie, Francis Gohla and her sisters, Mary Olson, Jean Gohla, and Kathy Putrah.

Carolyn is survived by her children, Julie Quirk, Teresa Sullivan, Anita Quirk, Colleen and Mike Davis, and Mark and Julie A. Quirk; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

A rosary will be held at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel, 6 pm , Monday, April 30th. Funeral mass will be at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Del City, 10 am, Tuesday, May 1st. Fr. Joseph Sundar Raju Pudota officiating. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church Charity or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
