JUDITH "JUDY" LYNN FOSTER, 50, of Huntington, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 21, 2006. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, November 24, 2006, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel by the Rev. Cledith Campbell and the Rev. Jonah Adkins. Burial will be in Eplin Family Cemetery, East Lynn, W.Va. She was born March 6, 1956, in East Lynn, a daughter of Harold "Buddy" Merritt and the late Eathel Ella Eplin Merritt. She was preceded in death by a sister, Colleen Pinson. She was a member of Altizer Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert Foster; one daughter, Angela Anderson and one son, Joshua Foster, both of Huntington; her father and stepmother, Harold "Buddy" Merritt and Deloris Jean Merritt of Barboursville, W.Va.; one sister, Tina (Warren) Earhart of Richmond, Va.; five brothers, Timmy (Theresa) Berry and Dean (Susan) Berry, both of Richmond, Va., Brian (Delisa) Merritt and Charlie (Debbie) Berry, both of Salt Rock, W.Va., and Greg (Michelle) Merritt of Durham, N.C.; her mother-in-law Hilda Foster of Huntington; a brother-in-law, Ronnie (Teresa) Foster of Florida; a sister-in-law, Sharon Scofield of Columbus, Ohio; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and special friends Betty Luther, Cheryl Hinerman and Gina Insco. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. The family would like to thank the Oncology Department at St. Mary's Medical Center and Dr. Kimmey and his staff. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington.
