The body of Elmer Vitense, 51, who died Tuesday at his home, 2402 E. Mifflin st., will lie in state at the Gunderson funeral home until 11 a.m. Friday, when it will be taken to the Zion Lutheran church for services at 2 p.m. The Rev. Otto Kubitz will officiate and burial will be in Roselawn Memorial park.
Among the survivors are two brothers, William, Cross Plains, and Herman, Madison, and five sisters, Mrs. Anna Schenck, Mrs. Pauline LeFebre [LeFebvre], Mrs. Fred Reinke, Mrs. Alma Esser, and Mrs. Selma Sherven, all of Madison.
