The Quebec Papers announce the death, at that place, on the 14th instant (Feb), of Thomas Scott, Esq, paymaster of his Majesty's 70th Regiment, and brother to Sir Walter Scott. He had been in Canada since the commencement of the late American war, serving with his regiment.
