Extract from the opening of his Last Will and Testament:
"Imprimis my will and desire is to be buried above the pillars in the vault built by my order adjoining to the church of St Michael Penkevil in the county of Cornwall with as little expense as possible with decency hoping and desiring the body of my dear wife Hannah Katharina Maria Viscountess Falmouth when it shall please the Almighty to release her from this transitory life may be depoisted in the same vault as near mine as possible."
