Katherine Bull
ELKHORN -- Katherine Bull, 94, of Elkhorn died Tuesday August 6, 1991 in Elkhorn. She was a homemaker.
Katherine Koch was born September 7, 1897 in Elkhorn. She was a lifetime resident there.
She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Elkhorn, the Grange organization and Sunnyside Extension Club.
She married Frederick Bull, who passed April 9. 1973.
Survivors include: 3 sons, Richard of Blair, Nebraska, Wilbur of Elkhorn and Frederick of Eagle, Nebraska; 2 daughters, Adelyne ( Mrs. Pete ) Backhuus of Bennington, Nebraska and Dolores (Mrs. Jim) Evey of Pasadena, Texas; 3 brothers, Arthur of Omaha, Emil of Elkhorn, and Alvin of California; 1 sister, Lillie Rolfs of Elkhorn; 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is in progress at Reichmuth Funeral Home in Elkhorn.
The funeral will be 10 am Friday at Bethany Lutheran Church in Elkhorn. The Rev. Larry Arganbright will officiate.
Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Elkhorn.
A memorial has been established to the church.

Bull, Frederick W. Jr. "Fritz" May 28, 1934 - Nov 15, 2017
Frederick W. (Fritz) Bull, Jr. was born on May 28, 1934 in Omaha, Nebraska, and died November 15, 2017 in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was the fifth child of Frederick W. (Bill) Bull, Sr. and Katherine (Koch) Bull. He grew up helping on the family farm near Elkhorn, Nebraska, and attended Elkhorn Public schools, and later Doane College in Crete, Nebraska. He taught and coached in Nebraska City, Waterloo and Alvo/Eagle. He married Beverly Keiser on February 28, 1959 and to this union four children were born: Lanelle (Jim) Poole, Lindy Hoyer, Lisa (Dick) Olesen and Carter (Tamara) Bull.
His four children; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Adelyne Backhuus; numerous nieces and nephews will cherish his memory.
Visitation with family from 4 - 7pm Monday November 20, 2017, with a Masonic Service starting at 7 pm at Roper and Sons Funeral Home at 4300 'O' Street.
Funeral Services 11 am Tuesday November 21, 2017, at Sheridan Lutheran Church, 6955 Old Cheney Road, Lincoln, Nebraska.
