Eveline Elisabeth Davis, age 89, of Wilmington passed away October 1, 2018, at Lower Cape Fear HospiceCare Center. She was born in Germany to the late Otto and Ilse Rudert Knackstedt. Eveline married Clarence Allen Davis and lived with him in the United States. They had a son, Randy Lee Davis, together before Clarence died in an accidental shooting while working as a Wilmington police officer on June 24, 1971. Eveline is survived by her son, Randy Lee Davis and friend, Paul Aycock. A visitation will be held from 6-8PM on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the Quinn McGowen Funeral Home in Wilmington.
