Peter J. Kampa, route 1, St. Cloud, died Friday afternoon at age 67. He was born in St. George township, Benton county, Oct. 13, 1893, and married Mary Balder in St. Lawrence's church, Duelm, in 1920. She preceded him in death in 1950.
Mr. Kampa farmed in St George township all of his life. He was a veteran of World War I and was a member of St. Isadore's men's club, St. Lawrence parish.
Surviving are the following children: Jack, Donald, and Mer-ton, St. Cloud; Robert, Minneapolis, Marjorie, St. Paul and Lloyd, at home. There are 21 grandchildren and several brothers and sisters who also survive. They include the following: Joseph, Sherman, S. D.; Clement, Chilton, Wis.; Anthony and Mrs. William Jurek, Shaginaw, Mich.; Ben and Mrs. John Jackels, Foley; William, Clear Lake, and Misses Tillie and Anna Kampa, Foley.
Funeral services will be held in St. Lawrence church, Duelm, at 10 a.m. Monday. Rev. Val Klimek will officiate. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Foley Funeral home after 7 this evening.
