Shirley M. Piontek, 62, Green Bay, died Thursday, May 10, 2007, at a local hospital. She was born June 28, 1944, to the late Edward and Clara (Dorn) Seidl in Algoma, Wisconsin.

On November 4, 1967, she married John "Jack" Piontek at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Casco. Shirley enjoyed spending time with her seven children and her many grandkids, shopping, Packer games and watching old John Wayne movies.

Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Jack; her children, Michael (Yvonne) Piontek, Oakdale, Minnesota; Elizabeth (Mike) Fabry, Andrew Piontek, Scott (Connie) Piontek, Holly (Kurt) Seidl, Phil Piontek and Resa Piontek, all of Green Bay; eight grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Haley Piontek, Sarah and Samantha Fabry, Jacob Piontek, William and Felicia Piontek and Aubrey Seidl; and one sister, Margaret (Steve) Delfosse.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Mayme Piontek and two brothers-in-law, Jerry Landwehr and Richard Janus.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, May 13, at Lyndahl Funeral Home. Visitation will continue after 10:30 A.M. Monday at St. Agnes Catholic Church where the Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:30 A.M. with the Rev. Richard Getchel officiating.
