Morgan County Democrat [McConnelsville, Ohio], Thu, Nov 19, 1931:

"Monday morning early, fire of unknown origin destroyed a fine large barn on the Frank Arnold farm on the outskirts of Barlett. It was only through heroic efforts that the Arnold bouse was saved. The excitement caused by the burning of the barn is believed to have caused the death of Isaac Morrow, 75, one of the pioneer business men of the town. His lifeless body was found in his home when members of the family returned from the fire. He was one of the first residents of Bartlett to discover the fire, and helped to spread the alarm. For more than 50 years he had been a jewler at Bartlett."

The 1910 census gave Isaac's occupation as retail merchant in the field of groceries and jewelry.
